According to customer requirements, the PVC is firmly extruded onto the tube and is available in black, white, blue, yellow, and green colours. Polyvinylchloride (PVC) with the qualities shown below is used to cover copper tubes.

International standards such as ASTM-B-75/68 and UNS C12200 are met by copper tubes. Physical, mechanical, and chemical characteristics tests are carried out in accordance with specifications. For bare tubes, ECT is performed. Finally, the ASTM-D-1047 PVC Coating is applied. After a pressure drop test, the PVC coated tube was found to be leak-proof.

Copper tubes meet the specifications of international standards like ASTM-B-75/68 and UNS C12200. Tests are conducted as per specification for Physical & Mechanical properties & Chemical Composition. ECT is conducted for bare tubes. Finally, PVC Coating is done as per ASTM-D-1047. PVC Coated tube is ensured leak proof after conducting pressure drop test.

Standard Sizes, thickness of copper tube and PVC can be as per requirement. Other sizes as per requirement subject to our confirmation can be manufactured.
